This week's episode is repeat guest Dr. Erin Terada and special guest Steve the Corgi. Steve got vocal and passionate about a topic, so he was escorted out by security. I'm not sure he'll be asked back on the podcast :) More to follow.

Erin and I spoke about disordered eating and eating disorders (not the same thing) and how they relate to public safety.

So what, now what?
Mindfulness and awareness of hunger and satiety cues are paramount and work alongside the hedonistic qualities of eating. We can do ourselves a huge favor by losing the morality guilt related to food and by simply paying attention!
